We are able to assist by providing a full service for the approval, supply and installation of your charger requirements. If you are the first resident in your building requiring a charger, we will inspect the property and prepare a full proposal for submission to your home owners corporation or your strata manager.
We can assist in working out the best way to measure and pay for your electricity usage. The most common way of doing this is by connecting to your existing electricity meter (best for smaller buildings) or for larger apartment complexes by using a digital solution which connects to an integrated charging network.
In this situation you pay for your usage per session or for a set period and the network reimburses your home owners corporation quarterly.
